FAQ
What formats do you sell?
EPUB, PDF, or both. The book page says which files are included before you add it to your cart.
Is there DRM?
No. The file is a normal EPUB or PDF. You can open it in Apple Books, send an EPUB to Kindle, copy it to a Kobo, or use another reading app.
How does delivery work?
When an order is paid, we email a personal link to paperlessshelf.store/download/…. The page shows a button for each format your purchase includes. Each press counts as one download, across formats.
How many downloads do I get?
A link currently allows three downloads, then it stops. The exact allowance and the expiry time are on the download page. The file you already saved is still yours.
My link expired, or I’ve used the downloads.
Write to orders@paperlessshelf.store from the address you bought with and we’ll send a fresh link. There isn’t a library sign-in yet. The page at /library explains that.
When can I pay?
Checkout is opening soon. The cart is ready, and the checkout page will take an email so we can tell you when payments go live. We don’t take a card in the meantime, and we don’t mark pretend orders as paid.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files are delivered immediately, so refunds are limited. The draft refund policy explains the intention; the owner still needs to review it before launch.
I want to publish a book with you.
Send the pitch to authors@paperlessshelf.store. Tell us the title, the formats you can deliver, and where to read a sample.
