Refunds

Digital books are delivered as files. This draft is the policy the owner should edit before any real charge is taken. Nothing on the site can be purchased until checkout opens.

If the file doesn’t work

If a download link fails, the file is corrupt, or the format you were promised isn’t in the link, write to support@paperlessshelf.store and we will fix the delivery or refund the order.

If you changed your mind

Because a DRM-free file can be copied once it is downloaded, change-of-mind refunds are not offered after a successful download. If you have not downloaded the file, write to orders@paperlessshelf.store within 14 days of payment and we will refund it. The owner should confirm that window with their payment provider and with local consumer law before launch.

How a refund is paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method once a processor is connected. We don’t refund to a different account. Billing questions go to billing@paperlessshelf.store.
